ANNUALLY DONATION TO VICENTE FERRER FOUNDATION
Since 2012 RUBI Group collaborates with Vicente Ferrer Foundation. This ngo aims to lift as many people as possible out of poverty through sustainable development, in Anantapur (India). From RUBI, we cooperate via Club RUBI redemptions points campaigns and with an annual donation which goes straight to the construction of houses for women with vulnerable families. Throughout the years, RUBI donations have also helped to create a school for better education for those children in the area. RUBI slogan as its best: Building the future together!
COLLABORATRION WITH ALS FOUNDATION
ALS Foundation mission is to discover tratments and a cure for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis and from RUBI Group we have been collaborating with them since 2020. Through our subsidiary RUBI Benelux and with the envolvement of the entire RUBI Team, we make donations every year and we have also participated in several fundraising bike races such as "Tour du ALS". RUBI Group will keep fighting against ELA!
GRANT FOR VOCATIONAL TRAINING STUDENTS
At RUBI Group we support future professionals to continue with the professionalization of the ceramic tile-laying trade. Therefore, we have signed an agreement with 7 Spanish vocational training centers linked to construction. This commitment includes a large batch of RUBI tools and machines, along with the mainteinment and renewal of these tools over time, and specific masterclasses and support carried out by the RUBI Academy, both for students and teachers as needed. Finally, we offer annually the RUBI Scolarship to up to 15 to 20 students who are definetely becoming construction workers, which consists of one week full of theorical and practical learnings at our RUBI Academy in Santa Oliva (Tarragona) plus a the Young Professional Tile Fixer's PROALSO card. Our goal is to further expansion of the project internationally!

At RUBI Portugal for the second year in a row, we have received the TOP 5% certification of the best SMEs in the country, a distinction awarded by the Scoring consultancy firm, which values companies in terms of performance and financial strength.
In addition, our main factory in Santa Oliva (Tarragona) has been awarded as the best rated place to work in terms of satisfaction by the employees of the Temporary Employment Agencies (TEA) Triangle Solutions RRHH, partner of the Santa Oliva plant. Let's keep it up!
