TX-MAX

The TX-MAX range of professional manual cutters are perfect for INTENSIVE cutting of all types of ceramic tiles. Thanks to its high-performance MULTI-POINT separator and its rotating square system, the TX-MAX models allow easy and quick execution of angular cuts (from 0º to 45º) especially on porcelain stoneware tiles (AIa/BIa). Its great separation power (up to 1200 kg) allows the TX-MAX cutters to have excellent performance with extruded stoneware.

The 30 mm diameter tubular steel guides and the head with extra-long aluminum slides provide impressive structural robustness, making the most of the models with the highest cutting capacity (TX-1020 MAX and TX-1250 MAX).

The advanced position of the roller increases visibility during scratching and separation, and the gripper incorporates a removable protector, which allows you to work on the most delicate surfaces without the risk of leaving marks. The separator mechanism allows for one-handed use, making it easy to lock and unlock the detent using a ratchet and trigger system. This system increases working performance, both in thin and thick materials (from 3 to 21 mm without the protector, and up to 19 with the anti-mark protector that includes the footrest). As a complement to the floating table system, models 710 and 1020 are equipped with two additional side arms, to increase the support surface with large format tiles. The 1250 model has 4 arms (two on each side).

All models in the TX-MAX range include a side stop for measuring and blocking repetitive cuts and narrow strips, as well as two rollers (8 mm and 22 mm EXTREME) and the traditional carrying case. TX-MAX manual cutters are compatible with the entire range of RUBI PLUS rollers. The TX-1250 MAX model includes, in addition to the suitcase, a handle and wheels to facilitate its transportability in the workplace.

• There are some ceramic materials, with thicknesses greater than 15 mm, that due to their physical characteristics, possible internal stresses or finishes, present difficulties when cutting manually. It is advisable to make some sample cuts to determine product compatibility.
